The State of Colorado has high accountability towards meeting documentation requirements and implementing programming to meet transition to adulthood post school outcomes. The documents below provide guidance in meeting quality Indicator 13 IEP documentation requirements. For curriculum and instructional supports, see the Transition to Adulthood in the Departments Section. All students 8th GL and above should have IEP’s written on Transition to Adulthood forms.
